I hope this review works as I have chosen ZERO stars. No! The system will not allow 0 so I have had to resort to a reluctant "1". This is the most dilapidated, awful transport centre I have ever seen and I have worked abroad in Eastern Europe!!. A few years ago there was some sort of cafe - now gone - but the worst feature is the complete lack of toilets!! or, indeed, any realistic indication as to where facilities might be found. I have yet to see a bus with a toilet, so how is one to manage if travelling from another town/city ? I have yet to see a bus with a toilet, unlike a train. Dreadful place. Really needs demolishing, but the addition of a couple of Portacbains would help.
The Bus Station at Crewe is very delapaladated and still in the 60's.the council have been saying it's going to be updated but they have been saying that for more than 10 years and still nothing has been done ! There is no Cafe anymore and no info desk I should imagine the Bus Drivers are fed up with people asking which bus goes from where ect. In short most of the Drivers are helpful but there is a few who are obnoxious and rude and I am not being racist here but the foreign Drivers are the worse then again some of the British are the same. The place wants demolished and a clean structure put in place.
Dirty and Grimy and not fit for purpose. The Town council and East Cheshire Council should be ashamed of themselves!!
Good frequent services to Macclesfield, Chester, Hanley and Newcastle Under Lyme, but Crewe Bus Station does need to be sorted out badly. It just looks really depressing.
Bus came 10 min early now my son stranded and I don't drive, most of these drivers need to get a watch

Dire..dreary.. unbelievable bad!
A disgrace and Crewe Council a disgrace .The people of Crewe being badly let down by this council.Who will want to come here to see a crumbling museum piece.
