I've been with Eagle Bridge for many years, and I've always felt looked after. The doctors are kind and caring, and if you need it they arrange for you to see a consultant. I loved the new building when they moved, it's clean and modern with plenty of space, plus an on-site pharmacy and cafe!
The place is clean and the doctors, nurses and reception staff are all friendly and helpful. The car parking can be a bit tight on some days but there always morrison next door with plenty of space . The reason for the 2 stars is the amount of time over the phone to get an appointment is ridiculous. The wife rang 130 times one day to get one ! This must be a nightmare for any body elderly or suffering with a bad illness.
Really pleased with our audiologist experience. The audiologists we saw were very friendly, understanding and welcoming. 5 stars to them. The receptionist looked at me surprised I'd asked her a question and was hostile. Needs to work on people's skills... Or don't choose a people facing role?!
Very helpful and attentive staff , very Impressedby the speed of getting an appointment unlike my own surgery .
Appointment and treatment went in very nice atmosphere. Doctor and nurse have hot good sense of humour and don't let me be stressed.
In some respects the consolidation of various health services ad GP Surgeries under one roof saves a visit to hospital e.g. for blood tests or physio. On the other hand it makes access to your GP less accessible unless you have a car or live nearby. The building itself is well laid out and has a Pharmacy and cafe onsite.
Free parking .get there 10 min Early as there is not many spaces .you can park on morrisons carpark next door if your there for less than 1hr for free .toilets are there cafe is there lifts are there The waiting times are long even if you have an oppointment you can expect ti wait 39 minutes or more .chemists or there and there is a chemists just across the road but same again expect to wait in line .I have found it quicker to go somewhere else like boots . But NHS are pushed so can't complain
Thanks to mrs mires or whatever her name is she saved my nephew we rushed him to the hospital like she told us to and thanks to her he will be okay thank you so much mrs mires your a great doctor from mrs kamila omonkowska’s son Nikolas Kuraszewski
Coming back from living in Spain I had heard all the horror stories. Not true. Ok so sometimes it's difficult to get through but anything of real importance I've had first class care
A large health centre. The entrance area seems unnecessarily cavernous and is not very welcoming, but does allow access to the adjoining pharmacy. . I attended for toenail surgery, and the nurses who attended to it were great. Not so impressed with the follow-up appointment, which left me with a dressing that fell off in the night. As seems to be so often the case with health centre receptionists, the two that I encountered had an air of "aloofness" and superiority, which added to the unwelcoming feel of the reception area. Fortunately, I don't think that I will to attend Eaglebridge again any time soon.
