Lovely gym. Lots of equipment and nice clean modern changing room area Staff are so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The manager Ethan was friendly and welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable at the gym by getting me booked in with gym staff for a session to ease my nerves during a trial pass at the gym as I was really nervous. I've honestly not had such good customer service at any other gym. They have good offers on and I used the PT session offer and was booked in with Jo who is one of the most friendliest PT's I've ever met! She explained everything really well, showed me how to do each exercise step by step and was really patient and understanding and I feel more confident in using the machines.
Like most gyms. Way overpriced for people who just want to use the gym. No options for gym only passes. The amount of people using the weights and machines always outweighs the people using cardio equipment or any of the other facilities for that matter, yet the strength section is the smallest. The admin staff are lovely when they want you to sign up. As soon as you do they dont want to know you and cant be bothered to help with any issues. Disappointed.
My experience with total fitness is good 90% of the time. That said more recently it has been close to impossible to be socially distanced and therefore I am thinking about moving to a quieter/ less busy gym.
Lovely lovely staff. Good assortment of machines for both fully able bodied and like myself, those recovering from an operation. Very very clean too. All people going seem friendly too when I'm there in the daytime. Not been at peak time nor able to try out the classes until I'm fully recovered but certainly seem to have plenty of classes throughout the day for all from spin to yoga or line dancing. Wish there was a Total Fitness in London!!
Seems like a good place, only came back today to join with my son after a 6 year break from here sue to joining another gym Bannatynes... Says online and leaflets that children 11+ can use the gym floor and other equipment. Maybe it will get back to that after covid Lockdown as they're not allowed at the moment ‍
Disappointed over the app. I use it to book classes& on going to my acct it instructs to go to web portal however it brings up my husband's acct . I have spoken to the Crewe staff who have said they have sent emails to head office but no avail. This has being happening for at least 7 weeks
total fitness is certainly the place to train, workout and have fun. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with amazing facilities not seen in most gyms. when i was 1st recommended by my friend i thought he was exaggerating but when i went, i was mind blown and so tempted to joining. definitely the best gym in Crewe and Nantwich seen and would recommend to almost everyone
Really nice gym, well laid out, plenty of free weights, power cages and squat racks. And for the body builder type plenty of hammer strength machines and other weight machines. Massive selection of dumbbells and a good amount of kettlebells too. Also a fair amount of cardio kit. A decent swimming pool and plunge pool. I still need to have a good look around the rest. There are also a number of different studios with classes going on throughout the day all week. Changing rooms are spacious and in good repair. I started this gym after the lock down and there are plenty of sanitising stations with gel for hands and spray and roll for equipment, plenty of it! I have never felt compromised from a social distancing point of view and think that the staff and management are doing a great job of ensuring that members adhere to the guidence and from my experience I am pleased to say that members seem to be doing so. Strongly recommend joining here!
Excellent range of facilities, sauna, sanarium, steam room, large hydrotherapy pool, olympic swimming pool, great gym, cafe ,luxury changing areas, various classes. A large club, recently refurbished, sensible prices for memberships, always very very clean, just be aware of historic security issues regarding locker rooms. My advice never leave anything of value in a locker.
I have to leave this with one star. The facilities are great and staff are helpful. However, all that good work is wasted. Going to the gym should relieve stress and help you feel better about yourself. Sadly, I feel the Crewe Total Fitness is more like a kindergarten than a Gym. Loads of unsupervised kids running around playing in the changing rooms. Children of an inappropriate age in the wrong gender changing rooms. Instead of relieving stress I get more frustrated, soon as my memberships up I’m leaving.
