Morrisons in Crewe is an probably the best grocery around north of Crewe that serves up fresh produce, pantry, and a variety of other essential items. The friendly staff makes customers feel welcome and help locate everything you might be searching for. Store is bright and clean, with amazing cafe and dry cleaning facilities. Great shop for everyday use.
Very good plus prices are very reasonable. Tablets kept clean overall very good. Unfortunately I have deducted 1 star as I wanted a coffee and both machines were shut down for cleaning when one could have been available. Car park also quite ample and plenty of room for petrol station
As far as supermarkets go, this is average. The store is relatively clean and the prices are middle line. They used to have a good loyalty card however since the changes, this scheme is hardly worth taking part in.
A massive Morrisons with clothes and many other things not to be found in smaller branches. Disappointed with the person on the Pizza bar, who really looked like she didn't want to be there, and certainly had no customer service skills that I could discern. Perhaps she didn't want to be there; if so, get a job that doesn't involve people. Butchery department was a little better, and the staff member I encountered on the shop floor was pleasant. The entrance and exit to the store is a bit confusing! On the plus side, the meat I bought from the butcher was is of good quality, and is reasonably priced.
Great range of products and fresh produce, well laid out in a bright, clean shop. Unacceptable amount of gristle in their freshly baked steak pies, but their own mince pies have taken over from Greggs as the best mince pies you can get!
Large supermarket, cafe & takeout prices reflect current leaves.very large carpark with mother and child plus disabled bays, wheelchair accessible throughout the store, toilets for all . Garage on site all grades sold plus drive through car wash.
Shelves were empty, cages everywhere, felt and looked dirty but not a member of staff or manager insight, poor ladies on the till taking abuse from customers moaning about lack of products and store condition. Had to tell the woman in front of me at the till to stop berating the cashier, it's not her fault, she's the only one in the store actually doing her job.
LPG gas pump good parking good selection of food and have always been impressed with there selection of meat
Went in this morning, Saturday 10th December to buy some Prosecco for my wife. I would like to say that Sean, working in the Wine and Beer department went above and beyond to find me a box [for six bottles] and then went to get me a trolley. This is what I call customer service. If I was a mystery shopper, this young man would have ticked ALL the boxes. Thank you Sean you are a service hero to me. Your help was appreciated.
Shopping was good had all I needed but after shop I decided to go to the cafe and it disappointed me. The cafe was busy so will forget the long waiting time but the food and drink was a bit rubbish, the hot chocolate tated like water with a hint of milk and no chocolate and the food I ordered was avocado with potched eggs but the eggs weren't exactly potched the yolks were solid not runny as expected. I would go again just to give them another chance to see if this is always the standard.
