The bus station is not very big, however it has clear bays for each bus and on screen timetable and bay numbers for easy assess to the right bus. There is a restroom for ladies, men and disabled with cafe and small snacks shop inside. Very clean sitting and waiting area

It's an okay enough bus station. Has live departure information and is right in the town centre, connecting with the shopping centre too. Served by a variety of buses serving Beaconsfield, Slough, Aylesbury and other areas in Buckinghamshire. Sometimes buses depart from different bays than usual.
Very easy to use bus station which allows access to a surprising amount of destinations. The bus times are clear and the station is right next to the Eden centre. There are also several fast food places nearby so you can eat while you wait for a bus.
Around one third of the seats have disappeared. Were they naughty? There are weird markings on the ground presumably to keep people apart. I find this so childish. You would hardly be at a bus station if you were sick. 14th June, 2020
Late buses if not no-shows. Bus drivers give out wrong tickets. Finally, the station serves 2 brands of bus services, which change despite driving the same route, refusing to transport customers with the opposite ticket brand.
My uncle Phillip and cousin Darren had to wait 40 minutes for the bus to turn up. Also the bus driver didn't seem to care that my friends dad is in oil.
The bus drivers don’t come on time or miss them out .I was waited for a bus for 25 minutes yesterday going to Amersham swimming pool.It was cold . I feel sorry if it was an old person waiting for the bus.they need to get they times right and not miss them out .
