Awful service. Unfriendly bus drivers. Their APP on android doesn't work. The busses never come on time. Honestly you would be better off just learning how to drive. Seriously this service shouldn't even exsisit. Don't bother complaining because they don't care and they help you.

Worst bus service ever. I would have gone 0 stars but they didn't have the option. You are unable to pay with 10 and 20 pound notes. They drive past you even if you stand at the bus stop. They also miss my bus stop all the time. Also they are never on time. Bus's are always broken.

Calamity Carousel! DISGUSTING BUS COMPANY, DISGUSTING STAFF/ BUS DRIVERS, I want to swear about them, but I will not. The council need to give the contract to another company who gives a Damm. CAROUSEL ARE UTTERLY UTTERLY VILE company, I say company but in a VERY LOOSE term, CHILDREN could run it better, as well as know how to treat customers better.

Truly atrocious. Every day it is a lottery whether the bus will turn up and, if so, whether it will be on time. Drivers decide by themselves if they can be bothered to visit all the stops on their route. Sometimes, when a road is busy and traffic on it is heavy, they will simply decide to miss that part of the route out and move on to the next. You can phone up and complain of course - that is your right - but it is pretty unlikely that your call will be answered. If you are unfortunate enough to have to rely on a Carousel bus to get to school, college or work, you have my utmost sympathy.

Carousel Buses Another Day Another No Show of a BUS, in the FREEZING COLD and an App that is beyond pointless. CustomerServiceNON-EXISTENT anywhere, at the bus station, on the phone etc. BUS PASS that is not transferable, HOW is this company allowed to get away with this.
