Awful service so where to start. Number 32 drivers do not usually stop at certain bus stops when someone pushes the bell to stop the bus. The number one bus driver is on occasions always late and the bus gets delayed for another 20 minutes. The 1 service is from 07:25 am. Most bus drivers do not know nothing about the new app. They stare at it for a good couple of minutes then let you on. They need training. Useless service so I'd recommend a taxi or Carousel. Need to improve or change your companies name.
