The staff are extremely polite and positive, irrelevant of the time of day. The gentleman who works on the barrier in the mornings is an absolute credit to the company. His Uber helpful and accurate advice is delivered with a cheery attitude. I often hear other travelers/commuters praising him on the platform.nThe service takes you back to times gone by. Good job well done.
I've only been to this train station twice but on each occasion the staff were very polite and helpful.
The staff at this railway station are really nice, friendly and helpful! In my experience they have always gone out of their way to help me and I have seen them do the same for others eg helping parents with young children onto the train. Also fyi there is a heated waiting room.
This is your bog standard railway station however it is very clean and well organised with staff on hand to help you out. Trains frequently run through here and it is only a 25min trip on the fast train to marylebone in Central London. Lots of parking at the station and a taxi rank with lots of taxis ready to go. This station is very close to the main high street so well located
