Order x2 chicken bacon baguettes x2 portions of chips! Order came but was 1 chicken bacon and one bacon and egg chips were freezing cold so rang to tell him he’s got the order wrong and to let him know the chips were cold for him to become very abusive on the telephone! Explained that I can’t have egg as I’m highly allergic and again he just started screaming at me down the phone telling me I’m wrong an my order is right ??? Disgusting customer service and disgusting food will not be ordering from here ever again an will not be recommending them to anyone!!! Reported to environmental health as egg was not cooked and chicken was brown!! Filth!!

Absolutely disgusting!!! I had a breakfast bap ate half of it then had bits stuck in my teeth checked an it was a bogie! a bogie stuck in my teeth off the food. DO NOT even entertain this vile place.

They sold me out of date food, I requested a refund and the owner was unwilling to do so. I contacted JustEat who called the owner, the owner said that the milkshake was not out of date and I ended up getting an upset stomach and no refund. JustEat were awful, I offered photographic evidence of the date on the bottle but they didn't want to know. As for the rest of the food, it was cold and the breakfast box looked like it had been kicked about the car park first. AVOID! Either walk to a shop or try someplace else.

Rang to put an order in for deliver and the Owner Answered the phone and was told to order online or call back... Shocking service, but we were committed to order from them as they were the only place open. 1 hour and 45 minutes later they arrive and not even an apology from the driver or owner. AVOID THESE IDIOTS,
