Lovely friendly and welcoming little pub, got served quickly and because the bar was really busy we went into the beer garden. We were there for the Middlesbrough match and the other customers were so friendly and chatty.Service: 5/5
Bar staff were arguing,swearing and drinking alcohol on duty !! Band was good when they finally come on but not alot of space to get through to the bar safely Wheelchair accessibility: Can get in but no access to the toilets

This place looks really small but uses the space brilliant and was given a very warm welcome. Good selection of drinks and they do a 7.2% ale from the local titanic brewery
Been in a couple times it's a good pub with good service. Never tried any of the ales. On my to do list.Service: 5/5
I can't speak about the venue, the staff or the service but we weren't allowed into the pub because of being away fans. That's totally understandable and totally fair, what isn't acceptable however is one of our party being racially abused by a patron of this establishment, all while multiple others laughed and egged him on. Again, this isn't a direct criticism of the venue, but unfortunately it's a reflection of some of the knuckle draggers who were drinking there. it would really put me off ever visiting that venue again, where racism seemingly gets condoned.
Great little pub with a large beer garden to the rear. Good beer reasonable prices and lovely staff who make you very welcome. Covid rules in place, outside seating, some under cover, for approx 30ppl. Some parking behind the beer garden, but not much. Just great to get out, mix and mingle with many I have not seen in years, and enjoy a pint or two in good company
Great to see it open again. Always pop in for a couple when in Burslem. Fivebof us were all happy with the beers we were served. A lovely pint was served to us.

Went today for Sunday Lunch after a disaster two months ago for a free lunch after complaining about it. Arrived and ordered Two Large Lunches, One Chicken and One Beef and after waiting nearly an Hour what was presented was a small chicken piece on a tea plate with a handful of vegetables and charged beef on a square plate not much bigger, if this was my Pub I would be EMBARRASSED, WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT, AVOID IT AND GO A TOBY INSTEAD OR BETTER STILL COOK AT HOME, UTTERLY DISGUSTING
