Really disappointed with my order. Not only did it take well over an hour to arrive, it was also terrible! When people ask for sauce on their burger or chips, that does not mean they want you to squirt ridiculous amounts of sauce and drown the food. I couldn't eat it so I have wasted £10 and now I'm eating a pot noodle. Thanks a lot, won't make the mistake of ordering again.

I ordered last night and yes the weather was bad but they accepted my order and it stated 45 minutes. I understood the weather was bad so after an hour and 15minutes I tried to contact them and they clearly went answering phone. 3 hours later no food no contact to say we can't deliver they just let the customer sit waiting. Shocking service. All it would of took is one person to sit and call all customers to say due to the weather we can't deliver

Food was rubbish pizza was like cardboard my chicken kabab was like eating charcoal the donner kabab was the same and the cheesey chips was flavorless i want a refund u robbing scumbags u should be shut down not happy and by looks of it others have reviewed the same all stokes stop eating here

The only takeaway in Stoke I've found that actually does Paneer curries how they should be! Everywhere else just melts cheddar cheese on top 😑

Second time now that the food has arrived cold!! Rang for my money back and they hung up the phone. Took them an hour to deliver and the food was freezing
