So good! Everything tasted fresh and authentic. We loved the piazza and dough balls especially. BURNT has a great vibe and the staff were very kind. And, it was a nice break from the pub scene for me and my family. Do try!!
Top-notch, professional service by Saoirse, followed by an exquisite meal. This reviewer can submit that this was easily the best pizza he’s ever had. Crunchy-crusted pizza, with a delicately textured inner; I cannot possibly stress enough how good this pizza was, especially as leftovers for breakfast. There is a new bar.
Sat down here for a lunch on our travels and we were greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff. Lots of variety on offer they even have Italian beer and the food came quickly. We had ordered the Napolitano pizza and we were stunned; that is still one of the best pizzas we've ever had including pizzas from Italy here. Amazing pizza and well worth the visit.
Fabulous dining experience. Pre booking of table might be essential on a busy weekend . They have gluten free base for pizzas and pasta. Pesto pizza is just fabulous. Portion size for sides are really good. I tried the gluten free raspberry cheesecake, hands down one of the best cheesecake I have had .Recommended dishesGorgonzola and Pear Pizza, Oreo Cheesecake Slice, Diavola G M, Chips
Best pizza I've had in last 7/8 years. Brought little one for his 3th birthday and so glad we picked Burnt pizza. Pasta was amazing, real Italian. Service, fantastic, spot on experienced and dedicated. Limoncello cake was so good that I had to come back tomorrow for another one.
A little gem of a restaurant, tucked away in a small side street in Cork city. The service was spot on! Very friendly staff and it's kids friendly too. We could not resist their Napolitano pizza, just like being in Napoli , really very good. Portion sizes are good too. They also have Dough Balls, a clever use of leftover pizza dough served with 3 sauces . Reasonably priced, we will make the effort to visit again Please Like my review so that I can continue to contribute
By far the best authentic Italian food I’ve ever had! Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed the food and everything about this place!!! Highly recommend.
Worth a visit. Delicious pizza base I ate all of my crusts, like a real adult. We reserved our table online before we arrived in Cork which was really handy. Upon arrival the restaurant felt a bit devoid of atmosphere and I felt a little awkward when we waited to be shown our table, but once we got seated, we appreciated the more subdued music and loved the playlist. We both really enjoyed our pizza and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others.
I had doubts going here because of the food reviews but we went on an adventure anyway. We had a lovely date in the restaurant. The staff was brilliant and amazing! They took care of us. Service was top notch! The food was amazing as well. My wife told me that this is the best and creamiest pesto pasta she had in her life. Pizza was very good too! I even did takeaway and put it in the oven the next day and the food was still great! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and I'm glad we went here. Give your staff a glass of peroni for me! Bravo!
