Great store where you can find from food to clothing, grocery to footwear.. prices are very affordable. I love this store.. you will find everything here ..just one problem that car parking is not available but apart from that great. Grocery section is also wonderful. Lots of lots of options with very reasonable price..

Plenty of choice here and there are self-service tills. It's a handy spot if you want to buy something relatively cheap and quick for your lunch break. The staff are pleasant and helpful. There's a wide variety of clothes too for different age groups.
A fine Dunnes, lovley and spacious and i was able to get everything i needed. twas very cheap as well, cheaper than the one at home i thought. the staff were lovely as well, fabulous altogether.

This is used to my favourite shop in the city centre, but just something happened today hurts my feeling, I went to this bar to get some food around 11am, then the lady who works for sandwich show me the very unexpected attitude, after she wrapped the food, she was even trying to throw this in my face, then I was upset and sad, although she won't ruin my day, but the feeling was so complicated, I am not Irish, I am not even from Europe, is that means I have to meet this situation every few weeks? I believe this is not gonna be my last time to experience this, I observed for awhile how she treats other guests, but attitude was so different and she delivered food in their hands. Now i am so sad I love the store before, and I am scared this thing will happen again if I come here in future. I know such big store does not care me, a tiny one guest. I think this is not from my sensitivity. If u still think guest's opinion matters, no matter where they r from.

Not much a choice of food in Dunne's cafe and only some of the staff are helpful not all.
I love looking at the clothing upstairs & then to get your shopping downstairs it's just very convenient for locals in the city. Definitely a good day shopping in Dunnes
I got a very bad experience today, today is November 30th, I paid at the counter at around 4:00 pm, when I gave my voucher to the clerk to scan, when I confirmed the details, I found that she did not I scanned the voucher. When I asked the staff, no one wanted to solve this problem for me. They were just avoiding responsibility. The counter also lied that I didn’t scan the voucher for him. I was very angry when I heard it. Why not check it out of course CCTV? Even when the manager came that day, he only said that there was nothing he could do if he didn’t scan it, and he could only use it next time. I don't think I should take responsibility for your staff's negligence, the voucher is a small amount of money but the attitude of the staff is a big problem, it will be the reason why I refuse to go to Dunnes Store again.
