Exhilarating...Best adventure ever. amazing exploring the British countryside on one of these awsome machines. On my bucket list now to explore Europe.. Totally recommend hiring or buying one of these magnificent machines.whether your a hardened biker or seasonend traveller.

We booked my Boom Mustang trike in for its regular service. We found the staff very friendly, informative and professional at all times. Top job with first rate customer service all the way, great new showroom too.

My daughter had arranged a rental of a three seater trike for my 60th birthday & she booked it weeks in advance. When my wife, daughter & myself arrived to pick up the trike on my birthday we were told it wasn't working & wouldn't be ready for days. One of the guys said the trike had been on a ramp for 4 days so why didn't they call us to say there was a problem? My daughter & wife had taken the day off work & we had made the wasted journey for nothing. We were offered a two seater which was pointless seeing as there were three of us. The alternative was booking another day which rather defeated the object seeing as I only get one 60th birthday which lasts for exactly one day & that particular day was perfect with warm sunshine. The guy that dealt with us initially, was friendly & helpful but the mechanic who should have made sure the bike was ready was less then helpful & even suggested we ride an alternative on trade plates & tell the police we were 'testing it' if we were stopped. I don't think so. Why ask us to say that if, as he seemed to suggest, it was all perfectly legal? Wouldn't it have seemed a bit strange to be testing the bike with three people on board & approximately 100 miles away [I intended riding to Yorkshire]? When my daughter emailed them to say how disappointed she was, she got the curt response "it's your loss". Unfortunately for them, they lost a days hire rate & this poor review so it really is "your loss". I much rather have been writing a positive review with 5 stars but under the circumstances you get the one star & you only get that because it is the minimum rating.
