Great park and playground. Excellent for children and adults. Good for jogging, exercise and just chilling by the pond. Lot of activities like licensed fishing, relaxing by the water, picnic.
Very nice park with lake on the middle. Lots of space to sit and ride on bike. There is a kids playing area at one end as well as coffee shop. One minus though lots and I mean lots of people there on Saturday afternoon when I visited. I had to be extra careful not to jump on anyone. But overall worth visiting.
Visited this park frequently during my stay in London. A nice place to loosen up after hectic work. It has nice lake in the middle and walkways in the woods. A great view of city's skyline from one end. Overall loved it
Burgess Park used to be a very busy and industrial area, full of houses and factories. It was heavily bombed in the Second World War. The Surrey Canal used to cross it but it was closed in the early 70’s.
A great park for walking and running, fab coffee at the Tennis Cafe!
Very lovely massive park for all round enjoyment and exercise. Shortfall is dogs in the way, these animals need to have their area separate from fun side park area.
Great park, large. With lake, hills and woodland. Plenty of picnic areas and tables
A really relaxing park to visit. Love the very long walks and the lake is a great view.
