I love it here, it’s never too busy. You get to see the beauty of London and history. Playground: Rather a garden than a play area.
Situated across the road from Tower Hill Station, the gardens are a memorial to those members of the fishing fleet and merchant navy who have lost their lives and were given no grave except the sea. The gardens are overlooked by the beautiful facade of the Four Seasons Hotel and provide a good vantage point to view The Tower of London.
Had a quiet time at the garden after a long day of exploring the Tower of London and surrounding areas. It is a beautiful park and i think it qualifies as a historic site in its own right. A must visit for tourist to the Tower of London.
Will have a great view of the Tower of London. Just outside the Tower hill station with a lot of seating area
Chanced upon Merchant Navy Day commemorative service and reunion at the Merchant Navy Memorial. Great to see veterans and current seamen and women paying their respects
Gorgeous small green space near Tower Hill area. There are plenty of seats, memorial plaques and lots more to look at whether you want to relax or take in the sights!
Trinity Square Gardens, next to Tower Hill underground station is a small garden that includes the memorials to the men and women of Merchant Navy and Fishing Fleets who lost their life at sea during the First and Second World Wars. It also includes a memorial at the approximate spot of the scaffold where the prisoners of the Tower were executed and has a number of plaques listing the names and year of execution of many of the more well-known victims. There is also a memorial in the south east corner to those of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary and Merchant Navy who lost their lives during the the Falkland Malvinas Conflict.
This review is for Life residential estate agent for trinity square. Please be aware. Life residential estate agency people need to be careful dealing with this agency they will make u homeless and take your money in the name of holding deposite.. They took nearly two weeks of referencing they made me sign contract I got email that I passed the referencing and I have to pay deposite plus one month rent I did transfer and the day of chick in they call me and tell sorry you r not qualified for the apartment which is around 1350£ per month.. So I was officially homeless was paying to stay in hotel because I had to check out from my privous address a week ago end of tenancy thinking everything is OK with referencing for trinity square.. The estate agent calls and says sorry we need to keep the holding deposite for one week.. I said please refund my one month deposite and one month rent they said it will take 5 days to to transfer meanwhile I have to pay extra for hotel because I need the funds for other property.. So please be carefull you can get ripe off even after signing the contract. They will with your mental health and wellbeing
A beautiful, well-groomed park and memorial gardens are located just outside the Tower Hill station. There are plenty of benches where you can sit and relax on a warm day.
Opposite Tower Hill Tube exit. A bit of tranquility from hussle and bussle of tourists heading towards the Tower of London. You can have a picnic on the grass or sit on the chairs that surround it. There is several monuments to sailers that lost their lifes at sea.
