Food is always nice, but you pay a bit more for it. The biggest disappointment is the internal cleanliness - even at quieter times the tables aren't wiped down properly, the floor is grimy - I could go on. Staff attitude is also somewhat lacklustre - better staff and a bit of cleaning would make this 4 stars!

Always clean and tidy. Didn't have to wait long in the queue. Good food as always.

Place looks and feels quite old, in need of a redecoration. Food a little pricey I feel but service was quick.

For fast food a very long wait. Surely the fries are not as good as McDonald's? Everything seems just a little bit poorer than their chief rival to me.
