Story

Established in 1995 we are a family owned award & winning small West Country café chain who pride ourselves on serving outstanding coffee & tea as well as creating delicious, feel good & affordable meals. Our ethics are incredibly important to us & to the running of our cafés. We aim to source ethically sound products from local suppliers & we use only free range meat and eggs in our meals. All our milk is 100% organic & we offer either fairly traded or ‘relationship’ coffee. We are of course very family friendly.

As locals, this is one of our top places to eat in Salisbury for Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch. We’ve been regular customers for years and I have to commend the staff in particular who are always consistently super lovely and provide really great service. The coffee is very good as is the food. I used to love the vegan breakfast even though I’m not vegan, it was really yummy so I’m a bit sad to see it no longer on the menu but there’s still a really good choice and I’m not put off. The building is wonderful too and I love the decor and furnishings
Massively disappointing experience. Ordered a simple breakfast muffin and hash brown and took just under an hour to get served. The muffin was pretty ridiculous in size although tasted ok. And the hash was short in filling the plate as well although this too tasted decent. Therefore would consider overly expensive too for what you get for your money. There goes an experience and money I'm not going to get back. The building and restaurant itself is nice and kept clean.

Fresh, free-range meat, eggs and cheese. Fresh made sweets and bread. Quick service. 2 stories and dogs are welcome and fresh water is available for dogs. Dietary restrictions: Allergies and vegetarian available Kid-friendliness: High chairs and food kids would enjoy.
Great place to have breakfast, dog friendly which suited me as I took my Bella out into town for a bit of socialising and a few treats of course. Great portions for breakfast, really good menu catering for all.Food: 5/5
I come here a lot and never left a review! Always so impressed. Food is always hot and delicious, with good options. WiFi is really fast whenever I work remotely from here. Service really fast and friendly. No complaints whatsoever; my go-to cafe in Salisbury!Food: 5/5

First time ever visiting a Boston Tea Party and I was quite impressed! We ordered and paid via the App, which is always easy peasy and makes the experience a bit smoother. Unfortunately, what I planned to order was unavailable due to an issue with being able to have poached eggs with some meals but not others still slightly confused regarding this???. Nevertheless, we all ordered some food, which came in reasonable time and was all very fresh and piping hot. The quality of the food was top, the granary toast crispy and earthy in flavour with lashings of proper butter, and the poached eggs oozed to perfection. The hash browns - oh my, hands down the best hash browns I have ever eaten. Extremely crispy and flavourful. There was a little confusion when our "seasonal greens" depicted on the app as being peas, edemame and a little kale ended up just being kale. When we explained that this was not what we were expecting/would not have ordered just kale we were kindly directed to the till downstairs for a refund the person at the till was already informed and so was waiting for us. This was all handled professionally and politely, the staff were all kind and attentive to the perfect degree. We would also just say that the place was slightly on the colder side for a our liking, not a huge issue but a bit of extra heating would have been nice on the cold day in which we visited! Overall, we would definitely return to and recommend Boston Tea Party, and cannot wait to go back and try more of the menu!
Lovely staff, great food and drink Always happy to come in and visit! Would particularly like to mention Tom, who was able to make requested changes to the dishes we wanted and Maddie and Jack who made our drinks! We did not expect the AMAZING grand hall upstairs. What an absolute gem. We came for brunch/lunch. It’s order at the table with QR code and a bit of a wait for food NB it is huge and was pretty busy as expected for a Saturday but well worth it. I had the sweetcorn hash…. Very possibly the best brunch I’ve ever had. We also had the sausage and egg muffin, lovely coffees and 2 bloody Mary’s. I’ve given service 4/5 only for the wait, and it wasn’t too long. The staff are really lovely! It’s dog friendly and a real community feel. I love the dog of the week!! Overall amazing breakfast/brunch/lunch! Thank you!
