Visited this bar and food restaurant, have to say, it was amazing. The staff were very attentive, especially, Georgia, Paul and the girl behind the bar, unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name. They all made us feel extremely welcome. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you all so, so much, we will definitely be back again, next year.
As a vegetarian it’s hard to find good quality food in large resorts like Blackpool but I was pleasantly surprised by Coasters. After seeing ‘Quorn Wraps’ displayed on their menu I knew I had to try them as I love Quorn and it’s my go-to for meat substitutes. Inside is very modern and clean and the staff are polite and welcoming. The food came in a well proportioned box and was a pleasure to not only the eye but also the tastebuds! Highly recommend to any Quorn lovers or people looking for a tasty, high quality meal in general! Taste - 5/5 Presentation - 5/5
Fantastic staff so helpfull and the the most clean out of all rhe restraunts on blackpool plesure beach i work as a chef and its lovley clean and a joy to be in . Unlike the pizza place that was like a free for all mess had to walk out was verry dirty and old food everywhere . Coasters is fantastic well presented tasty food and the staff are fantastic . We sat in a booth by the open back doors on a baking hot half term day when the Pleasure Beach was rammed. The views of Icon and the breeze from outside created a very pleasant atmosphere Service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and cheerful despite a very busy and sweltering day. The food was excellent. It's rare to eat out as a family and everyone be happy with their food but we all very much enjoyed the food. We had jacket potatoes, chicken fajitas, and a kids nugget meal. It was served in a timely manner and was all very delicious Thank you xx
Average fast food, nothing special about it at all. The staff don't want to be there though. Rude and couldn't care less about whether your order is correct or not, I was actually tutted at when I mentioned that some of my order was missing. Avoid at all costs. In fact, if you're hungry leave the park, eat and then come back.
Had a great day at the pleasure beach until I went Coasters. One of the female members of staff behind the bar had the most appalling approach to customer service I had ever experienced in my life. Although the manager tried his best to rectify the matter, I would never dine here again. Furthermore, considering I am a blackpool resident I am ashamed to think that this is a how tourists would be treated when visiting Coasters.
****AVOID AVOID AVOID **** Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Firstly, we made an order promptly, almost as soon as we were seater, we then paid before even eating which albeit strange we went with, we then noticed tables around us that had been seated after we'd ordered had received their food before us, and this happened three or four times. We then raised this to which at that point it became apparent our order had not even been sent to the kitchen, we then raised the wait time of over an hour, and the waitress then became passive aggressive with no apology at all. I then asked for the receipt as this was also not given, the main reason I asked for the receipt was to prove we ordered well over an hour before getting our food, the receipt was then printed with no time, and a date of 1988, I then raised this again as this was becoming more and more ridiculous, and they re printed the invoice with the time and date I asked for the reprint, purposely to undermine my claim. I was then offered one free drink for my troubles, to which I refused. Food was mediocre at best, and the order was totally wrong, I would without a doubt avoid Coasters!
Lovely Mexican food! A large variety on the menu with many healthy options all at great prices! Definitely recommend if you need some lunch whilst at the Pleasure Beach! With spectacular views over ICON from its balcony and toilet facilities, this modern, sleek eatery is beautiful! Serves a range of drinks as well! I chose the fajitas which were delicious! Well sized portions; not too much and not too little! My new favourite restaurant at Blackpool Pleasure Beach! Enjoy!
This place was just AWFUL. The Manager lounged around making calls on his mobile phone, while all the staff ignored every customer. I've honestly never seen anything like it. It took them 2.5 hours for us to be seated and fed. We paid up front and when the food finally arrived it was truly second rate. Avoid this place at all costs - they don't deserve to be in hospitality. Coasters - appears to be their attitude as well as their name.
If I could less than a 1 star I would. AVOID First of all we were stood waiting at the door when 4 staff walked past us at least 8 times, did not acknowledge us to say they would be with us shortly. There was 5 of us and we asked if we could sit in one the empty booths we got told ‘no’ it was busy ... we got made to sit on separate tables and once we ordered we were made to pay before the food even came did not understand this at all We had the rudest waitress who addressed us with ‘so what do you want’ .. one of us asked what meat was in the quesadilla as the menu didn’t state this, the waitresses reply was ‘how am I suppose to know’ you can clearly tell she didn’t want to be there and to be honest don’t know why she was. We then waited over 40 minutes for our food to be made the restaurant only had people drinking outside non eating and then they forgot one of our orders! The place is a complete shambles the staff are so rude and I would avoid this place at all costs.
