On 2 occasions in the past few years Burchell Edwards, particularly Lianne Ward-Turner, have been amazing. The first was in purchasing and arranging the mortgage for our new house and most recently arranging a new mortgage deal. Her knowledge is second to none which is only matched by her hunger to help customers through every stage of the process. We have been kept upto date on everything. She has been able to take a VERY stressful process and made it pretty much sail through. I have recommended both Burchell Edwards and Lianne to lots of friends and family. Thanks for all your help

David is very friendly and professional made the house viewing buying process easier to understand which is very helpful for a first time buyer. Lianne was amazing helped my partner and I through the all the paperwork and the overload of information especially for myself with my dyslexia understanding forms etc from viewing to getting the keys was a smooth stressless process.. We paid a extra to have Lianne as our mortgage advisor now.

Last year I purchased my first property through Burchell Edwards and I was very pleased with the service. I also use Lianne Ward-Turner as my mortgage advisor and I was very impressed. Lianne never fails to provide you with the help and support required and therefore I would highly recommend her and Burchell Edwards to anyone.

The Eastwood branch of Burchell Edwards recently sold our house in just two weeks.We have been delighted with the amount of interest,help and support afforded to us by the staff.They have also been of great help in our search for a new home.Nothing has been too much trouble for them. Their advice and assistance has been invaluable throughout. Such a high level of service was a surprise to us and unexpected. We decided to sell our property and went back to Burchell Edwards as we had had a good previous experience with them when we purchased our first property 10 years ago. We joked with Adam and David about selling our property within a week and how we would like to be moving into our new property the following week. The "for sale "board went up Tuesday after the photos were taken and it was sold by Friday!! This was thanks to them and their expert knowledge in knowing who was looking for what property on the market at that time. The team at Eastwood were not only friendly, funny and easy to talk to, they put you at ease instantly and they are all very professional and knowledgeable in their field. The girls in the office answered any questions we had and helped with any paperwork that we were struggling to fill out and even sent it off for us to the solicitors when needed. We also used their mortgage broker Lianne and words cannot describe how helpful and brilliant she has been. We had had previous quotes on mortgages and were very unhappy and left feeling like we were not going to be able to move, but after speaking with Lianne she suddenly gave us so many more options and we are now in the final stages of purchasing our new home. I cannot thank the team enough for their help and they have made the whole moving experience easy, stress free and almost enjoyable! (if that's at all possible when moving house?!) Thanks team for all your help and advice long the way.
