This Dental centre gave me the most easy and painless experience I have ever had at a dentist's. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist because of bad teeth from when I was younger and that, of course only worsened the issue. I got an appointment within 1 week. My dentist, Dr Uddin, was professional and friendly so I was not as worried. My dentist thoroughly checked my teeth and made a comprehensive dental plan that was adjusted to my level of comfort by my request. I was made to feel comfortable and I felt my dentist actually cared about getting the best outcome for my dental health. I cannot recommend this practice enough for high quality healthcare and treatment for patients.
I have been a customer for over 6 years, during the years I never saw a dentist more than two times. Every time another dentist. I was asked to wait 3 months for emergency appointments, only to arrive and be told I had no appointment even though they e-mailed and texted to say I have an appointment - the receptionist informed me that they tried to call me 'numerous' times - never had a call or voice message. Miscommunications can happen and I decided to continue with them until today. Again, they changed my dentist and cancelled my appointment - while I still got the text and e-mail to remind me of my appointment. Apparently they called me 'numerous' times....I asked why not text me? why send the reminder if there is no appointment? I was travelling from Leamington on a work day so I lost time off work and petrol because they are unable to communicate efficiently. If you actually need an appointment I would suggest you find another dentist that will keep their appointments. Absolutely disgusting!
Very poor service as an NHS patient. Originally went for a check up and needed further treatment, my follow on appts were cancelled twice meaning it was almost 3 months before the treatment could be carried out. I attended for 3 fillings, one of which fell out after 5 weeks, the other which I paid a “private rate” for as it was white, has been fitted poorly, causing me pain and difficulty flossing, and upon advice from another dentist needs replacing. In addition, when I tried to get an apt to replace the fallen out filling I was made an emergency appt for a check up even though they knew I required treatment. Very Poor service, would never pay privately here, poor shoddy work and discriminatory treatment to those who are NHS patients. Avoid.
As a nervous patient, I can't rate this clinic high enough! From being greeted by the receptionist right through to the end of my appointment, the whole experience was second to none. The dentist I saw was incredibley professional and reassuring at the same time. Everything was explained to me and I walked out of my appointment filled with positivity Thankyou so much. In summary, I found this clinic money hungry - I never would have thought that I'd pay £1k less for an implant in London compared to what I was quoted in Coventry?!!! And with the clinic in London, they had the tech onsite for all scan types needed to prep for the implant so significantly cheaper and more convenient and specialised set up. Also, odd that the clinic in London didn't present the same concerns and push me into having more work done . . .
It was hard to find NHS dentist,but I can't be more grateful I find Bupa Coventry and they accepted me.i can't be more thankful this dental practice for accepting when everywhere else not taking new NHS patients, especially when I am on maternity leave and can't afford private. It was my first time there, however I seen dentist are very professional and very polite.Even receptionists was very welcoming.: I highly recommend this dental practice
Not very happy with the treatment. I have changed surgery now. One of the dentists spoil my daughters tooth, which now leads her to RCT and about to loose her tooth. AVOID.
It took over a year for me to get my filling completed. Appointments were far apart and then they forgot what it was for. Then when I finally got it done, the dentist did 2 in one go and hurt my nerves. After a week, one of them is still hurting so much that I am on painkillers every 4 hours and when I asked to be looked at again, just to make sure that everything is okay, they told me that my dentist is on annual leave and seeing another dentist will cost me another check up fee. Absolutely atrocious!I am not going back again.
I visited the clinic a couple of times during summer this year. The staff were so respectful, professional and responding to calls quickly. I was NHS treated. I had teeth hygiene, check and filling, conducted by Dr Sindhu, who has so far been the best dentist I’ve seen in Coventry. I made a couple of visits after the filling, and Dr Sindhu, and the whole team were as good as they were first time. I have been to several dental cares in Coventry. It can’t be better than this. I’d definitely recommend this clinic with its current team.
On Tuesday 11th August I rang the practice to ask for an appointment as my Crown had broken only to be told I could not be seen as I was a National Health patient not a private patient. I said so a broken Crown is not an emergency. The receptionist said no but I could have been seen had I been a private patient. I rang 111 to be given another dentist who saw me within 3 days. Excellent service. I won’t be going back to Adams and Lee . As this sort of treatment is discriminatory. My dentist Dahlia at the practice was lovely . It is the practice and Bupa organisation that is at fault.
