At first seem lovely but we are stuck with an orthodontist who only works one day a week so we are stuck having appointments months apart my daughter had her braces put on in December and her first adjustment is June it really takes the Mickey.

Waited over 2 years on waiting list.. that's fine as I was told that's how long it would be, been there a couple of times, everyone's lovely.. but I've waited months on end for this letter that's never arrived and nobody ever answers a phone call!!

So I feel Pinnacle weren't being fully true for me and I feel it's a lot more about money then it is the patients well-being. After having braces then retainers band still not entirely satisfied she said your teeth are fine now. I said but if I leave the retainers out for even a day they begin to move. She then said many people still use there retainers well after our services have finished...but come back to us if you need new retainers. I didn't fully trust in her words at all and I'd rather go elsewhere.

It is an alright orthodontic. It has a small waiting area which can lead to cluttered lobby which may not please other customers, sometimes they are late and you don't get to have your appointment on time
