I had a teeth fixed retainer, it was made in Colombia lasting more than 3 years, however after eating a strong apple in the UK it fell off. Then I went to look for replace in Coventry Warwickshire Centre, so they recommended me two options, fixed retainer (180 pounds) or removable retainer (90 pounds). Intuitively, I chose the one that I already knew and I paid the 180 pounds. It completely fell down the next day after installation. So they offered a "free" replacement for another one. After approximately three weeks after, it fell down again.

I went today to the dentistry centre, they said it is not recommended a fixed retainer again since my teeth are moving quite fast therefore the fixed retainer is falling down. Moreover, they told me if I want a removable retainer it would cost 90 pounds. so I said that it is unfair, so they recommended me to remove completely the fixed retainer. I said yes, so they charged me 20 pounds more for removing it.

Now I am without any solution and 200 pound less in my wallet. Nevertheless the staff is kind

I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment with Richard Bate. He lives some distance away and did not make his start time of 8:30, he had not turned up by 9am. This was to be my first appointment hopefully for some dental bonding and root canal work. I'm not sure I want to pay serious  money to someone who can't get to work on time or be contacted by the secretaries.

I have been coming here for over two years now and this is down to both the friendly nature of the  staff and the high quality of treatments. When I first came here I had quite a lot of work done to my teeth and they still look really good. High class practice in my view.

I got a free invisalign consultation here and i'm using the treatment now, very, very happy with it! Seems to be working a treat so far but the best part of it was the care i received, the dentist was so attentive and helpful. Really pleased and definitely worth the money.

I have had about five treatments here because I suffer with a phobia of the dentist so I had let my teeth get out of hand really. So glad that i plucked up the courage to finally come here and get them sorted. Staff are very kind and really look after you.
