I initially attended the practice for a whitening consultation, though ended up registering as the service was faultless from booking to appointment. Staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was warm and inviting and not too clinical at all.nMy dentist explained all the options for a brighter smile and I walked away confident with a plan of action. My dental hygiene appointment was the most thorough and painless visit I’ve ever had, both the hygienist and assistant were friendly and excellent in their work.nI’d highly recommend
It was my very first experience getting treatment done with experts in Coventry. When I rang them, I was scheduled for the very next day. There was no long queue, and the staff were warm and welcoming. My treatment was done by Dr Rose; she is excellent with her skills, and I have no words for the overall experience. I recommend everyone to visit Longfellow Dental Surgery for a wonderful experience and comfort.
I originally contacted Longfellow Road Dental Practice after a friend told me that her dentist was really good with people who have a phobia about dental treatment. I contacted the practice and the dentist recommended was not taking on any new patients. I explained that I had previously had bad experiences and even though I'm in my 50's I was still petrified of going to the dentist. The woman I spoke to was wonderfully understanding and suggested I come in and see Dr. Shazia. That was over a year ago and Dr. Shazia has been absolutely amazing. So calm, understanding, explains treatment clearly without frightening you, friendly and really attentive during any procedures, checking that you are ok. I have just had my first root canal procedure, something that I would have definitely not even contempled a year ago. The whole team at the practice are really nice, particularly the person that calls the day after any treatment to make sure all is ok and the various nurses who have supported. Thank you Dr. Shazia for all you have done both in helping me with my fear and for helping me keep my teeth. I can't thank you enough. Dean
If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother and I had the worst experience with Amna. It was my first appointment and I wanted both a check up and a look at my wisdom tooth. She took less than a minute looking and I was given antibiotics with no explanation on what's happening with my tooth. My mom's experience was way worse and she almost ended up in tears. She came almost a month ago for a filling that was done too tight confirmed by Amna and was now causing her a lot of pain. She couldn't sleep or eat and this was an emergency appointment. Amna was dismissive and said she couldn't help my mom because her original doctor was on holiday for two weeks, then tell me why this appointment was done in the first place? You could have saved us the useless journey. My mom begged to be helped and she was constantly ignored and given the cold shoulder. This experience was simply a money grab there is no way a 1 minute check could cost almost £60. My mom ended up going to SMILE dentist a place where her concerns were immediately listened to and her issue WHICH WAS SERIOUS was fixed the next day. I am very disappointed, just know if you go to them to get something fixed they will do it wrong and won't fix the issue, and steal your money.
Dr Mathias made me comfortable about having implants as I'm a very nervous patient. He will go above and beyond to explain anything your unsure of. The whole team is amazing.nLooking forward to having my implants next month
