this is my worst orthodontic experience ever! on 31st October i have my brace on in dental perfection, i came with smile but eventually out with anger and upset! they did a terrible work make my mouth bleeding day and night at the end of this they didn't make any make up and take 250 pounds from me!  I had brace experience in the past when i was 13 and due to some factors my teeth dose not straight anymore.  now I'm suffering from temporomandibular joint Disorder so i need to do an operation to have all these problem solved,  because my teeth and bite is not good, in order to meet operation standard my operator tell me that i need to have an orthodontic treatment to have all teeth in a right place first(my upper and lower bite cannot bite properly) . my predicted operation time is JULY 2018 so I've got 8 month to do my teeth treatment which was just right and suitable for all. i claimed all situation of mine to dental perfection, and they said: yeah after 6 months my teeth will look much better than now and i will meet the operator standard. Then on 31st oct i had all things done on my teeth and paid for 1000 pounds for deposit, what shocked me is after i reached my house and 2 hours later one metal things had fall down, day after 2 metal material fall down, and day to day after 10 days i only have 4 metal on my teeth, i had seeking help from dental perfection and they said there is nothing they can do, and  i can only wait for the specialist to solve it, which will be 23rd of November.  I have no choice i must wait, my mouth was bleeding badly whenever i open my mouth, brush my teeth and eating, i wait for specialist in this terrible condition for 2 months! finally, 23rd of November is coming i thought i can have all problems solved today, but they said specialist is not available today and they don't even know what time the specialist will be in the centre for appointment! this is unacceptable! because they know my operation is in July and time is  running out. meanwhile, i have been in a bad condition almost all metal things has fall down from my teeth only have 4 left, and I've been bleeding for almost 2 month and this is what i get at the end? the doctor say nothing, but tell me there are 2 option, first u wait for the orthodontic specialist second i take them out for you but it costs 400 pounds!!!  you guys believe it? it hurts me and wasting my time and gave me the worst experience ive ever had and then ask for money to solve the problem they caused on me!!! I challenge them how? why? u made me hurt, bleeding, even cannot eating, wasting my time, did a horrible treatment, delay my operation then i paid for all?? at the end the doctor said, he can take it off for 250 pounds!! excuse me you guys used rubbish material on my teeth i can even take it off myself without ur help and now u ask for 250 to take it off? i am just shocked by this service and attitude and last but not least yes i paid for 250!!! donot go to this dental centre unless u want to lose you health and waste you money
