I stayed here for a night and had a lovely experience! The rooms were beautiful and fully equipped; they had everything you could need! The room also had an amazing view of Mam Tor, which we walked up in the evening See pictures. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty, and had a lot of choices.nnThe only thing to note is they stopped serving food earlier than we expected, but the village has so much to offer so it wasn't a problem!
Great pub, great location! Stopped off here twice during our short break and were very impressed both times. Menu was really good and food was delicious. A brilliant place to stop and rest tired legs after a few miles around the local peaks! Dog friendly too.

Stayed over and it was perfect. The staff were all great and we wanted for nothing. Rooms were spotless and beautiful. The pub is gorgeous, the nicest in the village really. Great beers and lots of options for food. We will be back for sure.
