Always had great experiences at this branch however I wanted to give particular praise to Bunny, who served me today. Not only were they personable and kind but they took my partner and I through the heart-giving ceremony in a really welcoming manner; something that stood out is that they ensured the ceremony was accessible in case any customers had disabilities. This was really appreciated as my partner is legally blind - while he may not look it, it was genuinely heartwarming for Bunny to A not assume we were able bodied and B ensure the ceremony was accessible regardless of our potential needs. It was great chatting away to them and they made a positive difference to our visit. Not usually one for reviews but they deserve a shout out :
My kids love visiting here. Excellent store and the staff are welcoming unlike some other toy stores.
Like always not the shop u go into for a cheap toy but does exactly what it says you build the bear to your specifications with all the little things you like. There is loads of options to choose from but ensure you shop to your budget. The staff are amazingly friendly and will try there best to help you in anyway that they can.
I never went to build a Bear as a child so I popped in today, more just for the curiosity. I want to say big thank you to Colin for being so kind and patient with me. I genuinely am so grateful. I struggled with choosing and they were just so kind!
What an amazing shop, happened to pop in and browse and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I ended up purchasing a bear for my partner and was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the price was.

Son loved it. Spent time and lots of money in the shop. One over enthusiastic staff member was polity cut off as she stated my son had "An awful girly rainbow one there!" It was a rainbow Unicorn he's young and it's Scotland's national animal..!!! Importantly he was happy so happy.. ! Fortunately he did not seem to notice. You stuttered when he also bought sequence slippers. Kids are more open minded today. Make the sale. He is so happy. Loves his purchases as we only came for one outfit and ended up with 3 outfits and 2 x bare of sorts..! And slippers. The staff on all were kind nice and to be commended. My son had fun picking and still loves his toys. The new teddy's are part of the many BAB collection he has at home now ! Thank you for all the cuddles.
