I raised that the steak was not medium-rare, and they disagreed. I ate it anyway. I paid, and they umpolately also told me next time to give the temperature for my steak…. It never happened something similar to me. Very Poor service. Picture of the meat FYI. ‍
We went on a Friday night and felt pressured to hurry up and finished our dinner quickly. The waitress kept interrupting us during our converstations and even brought the bill without us asking for it 30 minutes before the closing time. Not a relax meal at all. Regarding the food The empanadas were dry and burned. The ribeye was fine.
Been several times to this restaurant and I’m never disappointed, always a lovely experience. The fillet steak is to recommend and all the sides order for the table was loved by my family. The waitress that served us is brilliant and she even remember the red wine I liked from last time, Tapiz Syrah- so good!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Buenos Ayres, not just because the food and atmosphere was incredible. But our waitress, Lara the Italian waitress working was a delight! Would recommend - and get the rump!
By far the nicest restaurant in blackheath!! We were going to eat at the Ivy or Cote but thought we would try an independent restaurant and therefore hoped for better quality food. We were not disappointed. We had the meat sharing platter which was soo much food and honestly the nicest meat I have ever had. One of the steaks was literally like butter!! And the dessert was gorgeous. But what made this experience even better was the great service and warm welcome. All the staff were great, especially Laura- our waitress for the evening- who was soo accommodating and welcoming. We wanted to sit outside but it was a little chilly. She made sure we had the heater and blankets to make our experience enjoyable. She was soo friendly. I don’t usually do reviews but we had to get her name and write this as it was such a lovely night. Great restaurant and great service. Would 100% go back as soon as possible. Such a cute little find!!
Absolutely fantastic restaurant for a special occasion or a nice dinner. We've been regular customers for a few years now. The staff is very professional, friendly, hard-working and attentive, customer service is always second to none. The mouth-watering food is always fresh. The atmosphere is cozy. This makes the visit very enjoyable. Highly recommend.
Great steak, great wine, great service. The food is beautiful, the staffs are always very friendly and nice, very attentive to little details. The place is very cozy and romantic. My Husband and I love the place, we went there for the first time back in 2014 and became regulars :. The food and the service has been consistent through these year.
Probably some of the best steak in London, very attentive and knowledgable staff recommended an amazing red wine called Tapiz Syrah to go with the steak. Recommend booking in advance as it always seems pretty busy, not the cheapest, but very reasonably priced for the quality of the food served.
Amazing steak. Well it has to be it's an Argentinian cafe : A cozy cafe looking out on blackheath, friendly staff, and good range food and wine. It's not all steak! There are is seating outside, with blankets if it's chilly. Pricing is reasonable given the area and quality It's a popular restaurant, so you may want to book in advance.
