Lovely little cottage, friendly host although didn't really see anyone very much. Beautiful, peaceful area. Great walking and cycling directly from cottage. It is an active gun range though so there are a lot of gun shots but it didn't disturb the stay. We stayed in the studio cottage which was perfect for couples but wouldn't recommend bigger groups for more than a couple of nights.

This will be our 4th year staying and we love the privacy, quietness and great location for exploring.

Amazing self catered farm. All accommodation is in converted barns and old farm houses. Settings is very charming. Also there is heated pool!

We always look forward to our stays at Budleigh as do others going by the visitors book.

Great location, fantastic facilities (especially loved the heated outdoor pool), comfortable and well equipped cottages. Very happy!
