My car broke down last week on the way to my mother-in-laws and needed the turbo replaced. They managed to fit me in and get me and my family back on the road for the price quoted. The customer service was brilliant with a huge knowledge of what was needed to get my car running again so there was no extra costs. I am very pleased I went to paddock now my car feels brand new I totally recommend these guys.

I wanted to say thank you for some good old fashioned good customer service.  We were heading up to London the day before Christmas and the garage was closing at midday for the holidays, but the person who answered the phone said bring the car in we'll take a look. Not a small fix but they did it and got us sorted for the trip. It's the small thing that retain a loyal customer base. Thank you Richard.  Enjoy the Baileys! Paul.

Having been recommended to paddock motors My first experience with Mark and Glenn has be really positive  bare  in mind  I just turned up, didn’t have a appointment  . Very helpful, pragmatic and knowledgeable. Imported a bmw 5 series and got all the information for the registration change I needed from the chaps at Paddock. Bmw dealership and call centres were far less knowledgeable and less willing to help. Subsequently, have had the car serviced there and one day brought the car in with separate issues. They squeezed in a test run and diagnosis the same day and gave me knowledgeable, pragmatic, honest advice to resolve the issue. What can I say a 10/10 service!  I was experiencing a very annoying problem where I was driving my Series 1 the traction control kept turning on for no obvious reason even in dry conditions.  I booked in to have a diagnostic, on the day of the appointment I received a phone call explaining the fault, quote for the repair and permission to go ahead. They managed to replace the reluctor rings which causes the sensor to be tricked and turning on the traction control. This was was all done in 1 day, pleasant customer service, explain the issue simply and walked away a very happy customer.  I'll be coming back in the future whenever I have errors for sure! This is the first time I've felt like I've needed to write a bad review, I'm more than disappointed with this garage's service. I had my car booked in for high oil consumption diagnoses and asked them to perform a compression and leak down test to pin point the source of my engine's oil burning. I had booked this service more than 3 weeks prior and left the car with them at 10 in the morning and they had the car all day.  I phoned them less than an hour before they closed to see if they had completed the job as I hadn't heard anything from them. I was then told over the phone that my piston rings where bad and that I should come around to pick up the car. When I arrived they said that the service was free of charge and gave me the keys. They hadn't even done anything to the car and without performing the tests I asked them to do there is no way they can come to the conclusion piston rings are the culprit. They also said they'd need to strip the engine to discover the issue which is blatantly wrong as a compression and leak down test can identify the issue and takes 30 minutes.  I think they must've forgotten about the job or been to busy to do it, and instead of telling me they hadn't tested it they made up an issue and sent me on my way.  I have heard great things about this garage and was looking forward to them pinpointing the issue so I could get a rebuild booked in with them, but all I got was 3 weeks waisted. This customer service could be a one off but I'm most certainly not coming back, disappointing.  edit, I've now taken my car to a local garage who have performed a compression and leak down test only to discover that I don't have an issue with my piston rings and that it is instead my valve stem seals. So not only did Paddocks make up a fault without testing, they were also wrong and gave totally false information which could've cost me if I'd listen to their diagnosesService:&nbsp;Auto engine diagnostic

Absolutely Brilliant service, I have a mini with its break lights in its bumper.  Left light failed, no local highstreet garage including Halfords would touch it.  Mini dealer quoted me 6 weeks to fix something my car can't be on the road without!  Paddock Motors agreed to do it the same day! Had a major 36k service on my M4 with the chaps at Paddock, and honestly couldn’t be happier! Absolute class act from start to finish, and even performed an additional job free of charge! Can’t fault them in the slightest!

My 520d was recovered to Paddock with a suspected timing chain problem very rough running. Paddock confirmed the problem the next day and gave me an estimate to replace the chain. The job was completed within the specified time at the estimated price. I asked for a general health check on the car which was done at no cost unexpectedly. They kindly picked me up from the train station since I had to travel across country to retrieve my car. All staff were very courteous, helpful and honest throughout. I cannot fault their service and wish I had such an operation here in Suffolk.Service:&nbsp;Engine repair
