Called twice, and each time spent 15 mins queuing to be answered. From 'second to be answered'  to 'next to be answered'. And eventually been told by machine, you are too busy too answer my phone, why the hell you put me on the queuing list at beginning then??? U should not put your phone number online at all.

Absolute cowboys!! Charged me for a traffic offence that occured before I was in possession of the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle I recieved a letter regarding the traffic offence and fine, so I contacted Budget and proved that I was not the driver (with their own letter to myself) and said I would not be charged. Safe to say do not trust this company as that is exactly what they did and despite all the calls, complaints and emails, I am still waiting for a refund from a department you are not able to speak to. AVOID

We had to wait ages to pick up the car.
Not impressed by the service offered.

Very bad experience. They refused to give me the car I booked as there was an alert on my address and although I offered to provide them proof of address in the forms of bank statement, payslip, tenancy agreement etc. they specifically demanded a utility bill which I couldn't provide as I am a lodger with an "all included" agreement. Half an hour later Europcar rented me a car without any problems. No refund was given because this happened after my agreed hire start time (due to a long cue by the way!!). Stay away
