Superb service We made a last-minute arrangement for airport transfer between home and Birmingham airport. Quick, accommodating scheduling service over the phone with immediate confirmation via SMS. Our driver met us on time, was cheerful and friendly, and assisted with our baggage. The drive was pleasant, with some narration regarding the sights. He dealt with an unexpected blockade of streets in the city center with a quickly-devised alternate route. We were delivered to the airport promptly. The car (Mercedes E-class) was clean and comfortable. Overall, couldn't be happier..

Best Minibus taxi service in the area. I have used brownhills cars for a while now and not once have they let me down. The drivers have the best customer service skills. Cars are well presented and clean. The airport prices are amazing with a great return service for such a low price. Brownhills Cars in one word: AWESOME!!!!

I have used Brownhills Cars for many years and have always had an extremely positive experience. The drivers are courteous, friendly and always on time. Their new system allows you to track your driver so that you know exactly when they will arrive and increases their efficiency even further. The owners geuinly care about their customers and are approachable and very receptive to feedback. A ten out of ten service!

Used this service from when they started. Just booked them for an airport run during their prime time Saturdays after hours. Brilliant price. I did ask can I pay in advance. I couldn't. But I'm more than happy that they took flight details and messaged me as soon as I put phone down . Hoping to follow up with a 5 star review 😊
