Why allow pre booked taxis when they don't turn up? Then when called you say oh another 20 mins. If we needed a taxi 20mins later than booked I'd have booked it for that time!! Joke, don't waste money !! Uber saved the day!!
Pre-booked a taxi 4 hours in advance and it was 45 minutes late! Won't use them again... missed the start of a staff get together...
Don’t use this company. Simply because 1. The people in office will do the most to get you to pay extra 2. The company will increase your fare whilst mid way through the ride and you HAVE to pay. Don’t fall for the SCAM. 3. If you look vulnerable I wouldn’t recommend this place. Rude customer service and no management to sort out the issues.
Absolutely dreadful. My advice would be don't use them. Ever. Booked them last night for a trip to the local pub for a bingo night. Didn't turn up at the agreed time but sent a text saying they were very busy and running late. Eventually sent a text to say the driver was despatched so followed his journey on my phone. Watched him drive past my house and disappear. Called to ask what was going on and the automated service said he would be 5 minutes and put me through to him. He said my booking had been cancelled! Then got a text saying he couldn't find my house so wouldn't be coming! I saw him drive past! Luckily another taxi firm came to my rescue and we only missed the first game of our bingo night. Didn't win!
Appalling service!! Pre-booked a taxi to take us to the airport early hours of the morning. The taxi never turned up and we had to repeatedly phone the office to chase for a taxi. Ended up being 30 minutes late, no discount offered and to top it off they then expected us to pay an additional £3 to be dropped outside of departures. This was not stated in the quoted price. Would never use again!
This has to be the worst taxi firm I have ever rode with man in turban no 2417 extremely rude then started bragging about how educated he and family is who cares I ordered my taxi and it didn't come til half hour later than they said instead of apologising that he got lost he went on a defensive rant!
24/7 were booked to collect my wife and i to go to train station to connect to flight for holiday. They did not turn up and when contacted just told me they couldn't get a car.....too late for me to get train. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I note their reply as not genuine. Trust me thus is genuine. The text they sent me had the wrong address so i had to call back. This is clearly their way of trying to cover up a bad service which has cost me money in lost holiday as i missed the flight. They will see how genuine this is, if i do not get reimbursed by insurance company they they will be sued. Yes i have kept the text
The worst experience I have ever had with a taxi company, very unreliable and lack of accountability means they like to get away being late without care. Would not recommend to anyone unless you're travelling local or nearby, honestly shocking service and not worth the money.
