There's a wide selection of goodies in the shop, in addition to the smoked products of which are a variety: eel and salmon, Arctic char and trout, lamb, pork, chicken and sausages. The small restaurant serves breakfast and a small lunch menu with smokey delights. Good parking and easy access.

The shop is small, but very well stocked with high quality produce at a reasonable price. We had lunch, the menu is not extensive, but the food is excellent, freshly prepared and very well cooked. There is also a nice selection of wines to suit most tastes. Altogether a very satisfying experience.

Fantastic food and lovely staff. Authentic feel inside a cosy cafe come restaurant. Great views of Somerset from the car park as well. Really interesting and tasty smoked food to take home too and other local / small scale producers have bits and bobs on sale. Out of the way but highly recommend and we'll worth a visit if in Somerset.

Had a pleasant breakfast & then ordered some smoked salmon & other chilled goods for delivery. I received a phone call the next day to say they had accidentally undercharged us & would I be kind enough to pay. As it was their fault there was no obligation, but as they're a small business I paid. The salmon etc was delivered​ a few days later, NOT chilled, therefore no point in having paid for delivery AND without so much as a thank you for making up up the payment. I guess 'no good deed goes unpunished' Won't be doing that again!
