We went in September with a group (15) to do done walking and camping. 
The site was great with some fantastic nearby walks and circular routes. 
The owner of the site was curious and very kind to us and I have no hesitation in thinking that should we get another group together that we'd go back!
Also, there are some very inquisitive ducks.

Great site.  In lovely surroundings. Dog friendly. Fires allowed. Clean toilets and showers. On site shop for gas etc. Free WiFi.

Free WiFi, need I say anymore?! Fab campsite, allowed fires and in a central place for trekking across The Stiperstones or The Long Myndd.
