Used for seven years and like to pop in a few times a week even though Sainsbury's is roughly the same walking distance. Pretty much all I need is very reasonably price marked hence no nasty surprises at the till. Long may it prosper, especially as the steps down to Sainsbury's are often lethal this time of year!
very nice shop, very big with lots of choices better then most
Absolutely shocking experience, every time I have been to the premier and the older lady that works is in there she goes out of her way to start an argument with me and every other young person who I’ve seen go in there. She’s argumentative, unprofessional and a rather nasty old lady with very little customer service skills and seems to have a real problem with young people especially young boys. I have personally seen her accuse a young boy of using fake notes when he had just taken them out of their atm and a number of other instances . All these issues have been taken up with her superiors and she continues to be able to do this. I wouldn’t use their services unless you want your day ruined.
The lovely lady that works in this shop in morning is such a friendly and hard working woman, i feel for her as I was there in shop one day when a nasty man was been abusive to her , there is no need for it . All staff and managers in this shop are brilliant.
It seems like an appropriate time to complement Broomfield Supermarket again. I visit most days and find all the staff friendly & helpful. The regular early morning assistant, Pauline,Rob Smethurst is a credit to the store, in every way. She is one of very few people who actually questions the age of people buying alcohol & tobacco. There is absolutely no need for customers to be angry! The store stocks an excellent selection of fresh produce as well as everything you could realistically expect to find in a local supermarket. Keep up the good work.
Surprising what can be done here, I posted a small parcel to New York @£23. Now completed by company inspection.

Very nice and clean store with professional stuff, well behaved and understanding stuff make this super market extra ordinary, keep it up.xx
This newsagents has a very large range of products at decent prices. It's the type of place where you end up finding items that you didn't think they'd stock. They have all the standard items you'd find in a newsagents but they also have a wide range of frozen foods, a small produce section, and lots of e-liquids/smoking accessories etc. I go in pretty regularly and the staff are always really friendly. I'd rather give my money to a small business and I've found that some of the items they sell here are cheaper than the Sainsbury's round the corner soft drinks, some alcohols etc I'd strongly recommend using this newsagent and supporting a local business.
I love that little shop in Broomfield Herne Bay got everything you need
