Story

The Bronx Bar & 'Cue takes its inspiration from New York's latest (and London's emerging) trend that returns to an era of good honest, not to mention flavorsome, home cooked American food where drinks and food are served with modern-day finesse in a decidedly old-school environment.

Modern American bar-be-cue ('Cue) is the merging of two 'Cue traditions: Texas and the Carolinas. It brings together the best of both and creates something uniquely its own. The process begins with the best, locally sourced meats and poultry which are seasoned with our own spice blends, smoked with American Hickory wood or oak and then cooked for many, many hours until the perfect harmony of smoke, flavour and time emerges....

The bartenders at the Bronx will be serving up cocktails inspired by old saloons alongside the classics. We have a fantastic array of craft beers from both the US & the UK and a small boutique wine list so drinks to suit all tastes.
