Have purchased many things from this shop, and the staff are all extremely helpful and knowledgable.  Have also donated a number of items and collection has always been prompt and professionally handled.  Highly recommended

Messed around for days via email regarding them collecting a donation when I had already provided all the information in my initial online form that I had submitted. Then they finally decide they can't collect the donation on the days and times I had specified... 7 emails and 3 days in!
Well if you don't want a working 32" Samsung flat screen TV as a donation then I'll sell it myself. I was trying to be charitable and not greedy, but now I see the error of my ways. Never encountered such a picky charity. Complete waste of time.
