I would never buy anything from this company after speaking to what only be described as the female equivalent of Arthur daly who when I politely asked if it was possible to get a delivery on a Saturday was told " nah can you get you a man wiv a van for£150 tho" how awful !! I work in customer service and if I ever spoke to potential client like that would not have a job on Monday!!

First class experience shopping for new furniture helpful advice no pressure given time to view and try the delivery was as good with helpful and friendly staff👍🏻

Mirrored coffee table broke after only a year without reason. I contacted two professionals to know what happened, both told me it was because of bad manufacture and because of a thermal shock. I contacted My Furniture's customer service and they are TERRIBLE. I don't think I've ever had such a terrible customer service experience before. They practically told me I was lying (even though I had TWO expert reports) and broke the table myself, which is beyond ridiculous since I showed them pictures of the table and it was obvious the glass broke from the inside and not the outside. I'll never buy anything from them again and I don't recommend them at all. Again, TERRIBLE customer service.
