I bought a lovely item of furniture previously. There was a fault discovered at the time of delivery but it was rectified. Months later i decided to buy another piece of furniture to match the previous. A cuddle chair £1080. I read the bad reviews but because I had no issues, previously i purchased another item. It was delivered on 23.12.24 I received it with NO PACKAGING but with in 4 days I discovered that the foam was faulty. Unfortunately I was unable to send photographs to the company because of the colour it would not translate. I was informed that I will have to pay £50 to obtain packaging to send it back baring in mind I did not receive it in any packaging and i would need to pay to rectify the fault or receive 40% refund. Because it was ' bespoke'. What a joke. They chose to ignore their own return policy.nPlease tell me how this company expects me to pay for their fault and packaging? I DID NOT ask the courier to remove any packaging as they claimed. As I have ordered before from my furniture which also did not have packaging hence believing this is how they transport their goods. What my furniture and their delivery drivers claimed is a blatant lie. All I wanted was for the item of furniture to be reviewed and repaired. But my furniture had other ideas claiming to refund 40% by stating they would have to sell itnI am absolutely disgusted. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. Please be aware. I had no option but to seek further action.nMy furniture requested an independant established upholsterer with over 25 years of experience reviewed the item of furniture. They found it to be  faulty. They descibed the inside foam as PERISHED. Through lots of back and forth I received a full refund as my bank took out a dispute. My furniture DID NOT want to give me any money back. They were also upset about my truthful review which i have now updated with this one. My furniture customer service is not very desireabIe and it is evident by their responses to complaints. I emplore you to read the reviews. I would never recommend this company based on my experience and their bare faced lies!!!!!!nI know their response to this will be laughable. I have contacted trading standards now.  My furniture the truth prevailed in lthe end. I emplore you to get your act together as I see what happened to me is a very regular occurrence. Very disappointing.nYour reply will be predictable and laughable. Probably claiming it was another company. Ask your employee Dan about this case. You may have 5 star reviews but you also have quite a lot of 1 star reviews..... shocking. Absolutely shocking.

I bought a white gloss floating shelve from my furniture and I’m very happy with delivery and quality of product.nIt was packaged well. I particularly like the soft close runners which makes the table feel more expensive than it actually was. It had very good stencil to mark the wall and was easy to fit. Assembly wasn’t required as arrived pre built. Very happy with the purchase

I ordered from this company on line for the first time end of last year .nI had been looking for a bench seat for the middle of my dressing room for some time when I came across the Judd bench from My furniture. The bench was perfect ,excellent quality and delivered quickly .nI loved the bench so much I went back and ordered a second one for the end of my bed .nLooking forward to ordering again from this company in the future .

This is a great company to purchase from. Their products are very good quality, the staff are all very friendly and helpful and they deliver when they say they will. We bought quite a lot of furniture from My-Furniture for a new house and we're very pleased. Would definitely recommend.
