We have used them over at least the last 20 years and feel they are living on an old reputation. Expensive so not happy with their level of customer services once order placed and after carpets fitted. Once order was placed lead time was extended and met with a little arrogance to accept what worked best for them. Once carpet fitted needed to get fitters back to stretch carpet twice which took us a bit of chasing. Need to get back to where they were when we last used them which I am sure they are more than capable of doing.

I had my new 5 bedroom house flooring done by kings carpet. The aftercare of the customer service of this company is appalling. Absolutely disgusting. I called 7 months ago to arrange for carpet and moduleo to be fixed. Someone came to take photos and then i heard nothing. I was given a customer service number and was told to speak to Sue. After repetitive phone calls the carpet was fixed. And I'm still waiting for the moduleo to be fixed. Sue is the most unhelpful pertain ever. The customer service number is frequently not answered and the messages not returned. They do their best to avoid doing any work. Eventually Sandra is more helpful but still im getting nowhere. DO NOT use this company if you want a piece of mind. Go anywhere else but here
