Nice cosy place to stay clean and had all the required things in the room such as iron. Unfortunately the room was cold and no hot water upon arrival and the staff was nice and polite but unable to help until more staff arrived later to sort the issue out. Also the breakfast was lackluster and minimal plus the coffee machine didn't work and no staff around to help fix it. Overall a nice place but lack of helpful staff was a miss this time round. I would stay again.

Not bad at all. Steak cooked to perfection medium rare for me. Britannia Bad Boy burger was fantastic demolished by our son. Lovely service, no complaints at all. Thank you very much for a the great food and drink.
Popped in with 5 other adults and one 1 year old and stayed for a couple of drinks last Sunday lunchtime. What a lovely pub, the staff were very busy, with plenty of customers eating, but we were made to feel very welcome with smiles aplenty. TVM, We'll be back Service: 5/5
