Have flown from this airport so many times now and every experience has been brilliant! Great transfer via bus into town. Such short queues through security - efficient and friendly staff. nice views of countryside from the airport with large glass ceilings. I would highly recommend it!

Our outgoing flight was cancelled at short notice due to poor weather, the lady & gentleman at the Menzies desk were very helpful and a bus was arranged to take us to Heathrow where we caught our re-booked flight home. No fuss, just informative and efficient. Good Job.

Why oh why are Soho Coffee always unable to serve efficiently at busy times. They have all that space allocated for them but once again customers waiting in a long queue. Airport should monitor their performance.....did they not know it was school half term??

They are very helpful and the crew members are always helpful toward people with learning disabilities however someone can't read it right I think they should be more helpful to that disable adult♿ the female always attracted and they always know what they're doing you need food you need drink they make sure you have it every time I go abroad I and I find the radio talking we're when they talk what flights it is it helpful when they tell you what flight is especially you got somebody can't read

Not extremely big airport, but flights from several interesting places are available here (especially with easyjet). Good selections of restaurants after the control area and several shops. Be careful since walking from the waiting area to the gate can take a long time and there are no restrooms nor services in the gate (and you cannot exit). After landing, sometimes waiting time at the passport control can take a really long time.6
