Fantastic service. Very easy to check in to my flight and good service through security. Thanks particularly to the security staff for their patience as I had forgotten to take my toiletries out, and also forgot my laptop from security. The staff very kindly returned it to me while I was sat in departure lounge! Hugely appreciated. Cheers

A small, but well stocked airport with a generous amount of duty free shops for its size and a pleasant, stress-free environment for checking in and beyond. The airport was surprisingly busy but well managed, with an ample amount of staff to handle everything smoothly. It is nice to see the Welsh government putting money and effort into improving the airport after it hit its low point under previous management a few years ago.

This is a fabulous airport. Lovely friendly staff willing to help at any time. I had a puncture at 5.30am on the way to the airport for my father's funeral in Ireland. I almost missed my flight at 7am except for the quick thinking of the staff. Was also hoping to fly to Gran Canaria in February from here but our travel company don't do it, very disappointing! Hope they can arrange more flights as time goes on. N.B. website says drop off is free for ten mins not so, charged £1 for drop off and pick up. Still an excellent place.

Cardiff Airport is revamped and now in the league of big time commercial airports with more destinations than before. The Airport has a good selection of shops and a great bar too. More and more airlines are lining up and there's talk of a second terminal.

Good airport, but parking is expensive now. Pick up time only 10 min, otherwise you pay 5 pounds, for every 10 minutes. Good airport to fly out, even now direct to Berlin. More airlines are coming. TIP: Short stay parking up to one hour is 3 pounds and 2 hours 6 pounds. Just very close to the entrance.
