Their panini filled with the freshest chorizo you will ever try, roasted red pepper and rocket, is literally sandwich goals!!! Loved every morsel of it!Food: 5/5
A gem of a shop in Borough Market, selling the highest quality Spanish produce. Staff encourage you to try the different jamón ibérico, carved off the bone, before buying. Also a wonderful selection of cheeses and pans, utensils, spices etc. I cannot praise the staff here highly enough!
Brindisa Shop's chorizo rolls WERE great. A couple of options, pay more, get more, they are now only OK and overpriced. I don't mind products shrinking and I don't mind prices going up, but both at the same time? Nah. BTW £9.95 is £10 in my book. For many years I was a fan of the "double chorizo" and happily paid the extra to ensure a meaty morsel in every bite, but the "single butterfly only" at a price higher than the double? Nah. Too much bread, not as toasted as it was previously - too many doughy mouthfuls now. After working around Borough Market for over 15 years in two different jobs, was I spoiled before? Still finding reasonable value for a worker's lunch all that time? Maybe. But this new product, which I'd previously promoted to guests and clients alike, has gone the way of so much of the market, average bang for the buck. Ah well.
We wanted to buy the chorizo rolls but they weren’t in stock so we bought a classic jamon sandwich. The jamon and the cheese and bread were really good quality but a bit too much bread for how much cheese and jamon inside, this is why 4/5 stars. Would come back to taste the chorizo rolls tho’. Food: 4/5
Booked Brindisa ham carving service for our wedding and it was the talk of the afternoon. The carver was very professional and the ham was incredible. Excellent quality and will be heading back for more a smaller portion for two people this time ha!
Good place to try some spicy and tangy food. We picked up some nuts that were unique and tasty from here. This shop also have fresh meat produce you can buy from.

Phenomenal my best food experience in London and it was at the Brough Market which is uber fun by the way. I have to give credit to the guys at TopJaw on youtube. Check out their channel if you haven't. So i am walking around borough market and i spot Brindisa, remembered their feature on TopJaw and the place didnt have anyone, shocking since the Market was crowded beyond belief. I be-lined and made myself at home for next 1hr ordered a bunch of tapas enjoyed each and every one of them. I cant wait to go back to try out more. This review is for the Brindisa located in the market.
Excellent experience. The food was delicious, but the new manager made for a truly remarkable experience. He's very knowledgeable about meats and other foods, and I learned a lot from our chats. Efficient, friendly, and delicious! And the affiliated store is beautiful.
