What an amazing back to basics campsite. Adequate toilet facilities, brilliant hot showers everyday, breathtaking views on the hills and sea. Coffee and hot chocolate in the mornings were a winner. Thank you Mew for a lovely bank holiday weekend.

What a fabulous campsite. Views of the Dorset countryside and Jurassic coast. Mew was always on hand. Super relaxed feel to the campsite and definitely not overcrowded. Sing songs round the campfire, badminton in the field. Fab time, thank you Mew. Oh and the homemade sausages are amazing for breakfast!

Excellent rural camping spot. Limited to 10-15 pitches and so really peaceful. And no caravans!! The valley it sits in is beautiful and there are amazing views of the sea and the coast. This is the best rural wild camp site I have found within 3hrs of London that is near a beach and isn't overrun by people. Definitely going back.

Kids had a great time in this campsite especially helping chop wood for the camp fire (bring a small axe to chop some logs into kindling)! Definitely a back to basics campsite with compost loos, but hot showers and a delicious pizza night (on Sat, not Fri)! Great view and location and little light pollution so if you can stop staring at the fire, you can see the Milky Way and I even saw the Andromeda Galaxy!

Can't believe we paid £50 for two nights for this campsite. Literally a piece of land in a slope. Nice views but not even toilets or electricity. Definitely back to basics which was a shock for the price & from the website which sells it really well. Very disappointed!
