Honestly wish I could explain the fury I feel right now, my sister and I travelled over an hour to get proffesional help and we were turned away without the staff asking her name or what the problem was, we had spoken to her GP and was advised to go to urgent care in Bridgwater the conversation lasted less than one minute and the staff were no help at all and claimed they had no doctors at the facility, she received no medical attention. A hospital should have doctors yes?. Very unhappy with the service. The building is a waste of good land.

The appointment I had was punctual. The waiting area was clean & tidy. The receptionist listened intently and gave appropriate answers.

I wish had her name, unfortunately I don't, was unbelievably, unnecessarily rude to us.nnAt first, we were reassured when the doctor explained that everything looked normal and that our baby was developing well. However, the conversation later became very stressful when the Glucose Tolerance Test was discussed. We explained that we did not wish to take the test, but unfortunately, the way this was communicated to us felt very upsetting and pressured.nnThe doctor repeatedly used phrases such as “your baby will die,” which was extremely distressing for my wife, who became very emotional afterwards. We understand that doctors must explain risks clearly, but we feel that the language used was too harsh and not sensitive to the situation.

I recently had to have an endoscopy which I was not looking forward to! Everyone i came into contact with were very helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, the procedure was explained and I was made as comfortable as possible. 5* treatment. Thank younJenny Lawrence

Today I had an appointment with my baby. Everything went very well during the ultrasound, and my baby’s development was normal. However, when I met with Dr. Furat Sarkary, the experience deeply upset me. At first, he said my baby was healthy, but then he adopted a very harsh attitude. When I said that I had not taken the gestational diabetes test, he used hurtful and insulting words. He repeatedly stated that my baby could die, that sudden death might occur, or that I could lose the baby during delivery. While my baby is healthy, using such frightening expressions not only ruined my morale but also forced me to leave the room in tears. Moreover, the way he demonstrated how to drink water by holding up his own bottle felt belittling. I was extremely disappointed by such behavior. From your hospital, I would expect a more constructive, understanding, and supportive communication.
