Dangerous, dishonest and inhumane. I sought treatment for PTSD on 2 occasions after suffering trauma and was denied access to treatment. Untreated PTSD caused such stress I had a seizure and now have to get treatment from a seizure clinic and PTSD treatment outside of Somerset due to this trust having a monopoly. The staff kept false records of my health to hide from the system my symptoms and distress and also wrote false information to change symptoms and put me into a different care pathway defined by financial gain. The people who run this trust do not care from top to bottom and even the PALS cover up wrong doing and neglect serious concerns. I don't know how these people are allowed to operate healthcare services or why many of their staff and leadership are not in prison. If you can afford private care or can find alternative healthcare providers then steer clear of this cartel.
