The Mental Health Team / Social Workers etc are absolutely beyond useless! They make things worse for people and they don't really offer any help at all. No wonder there are lots of suicides and deaths because of them. They are just as corrupt as our governments are.. My mental health has got a lot worse because of them and at this rate I will probably end it all too! But they don't care, it's what they want to cull the population.
Should be zero stars for sure. How this inept bunch can sleep at night I don't know! People are dying because the mental health service is beyond inadequate. It's well known locally as useless and has been for years and yet nothing changes! They've let my son down criminally and others I know of too - some of which found it all too much and ended their lives. Don't expect help from this bunch, just expect them to add to your pain by being another major disappointment in life.
The CMHT here at Glanville House have failed me and many others. There seems to be a lack of resources and funding to make the service work for everyone. There's also a level of corruption that I have discovered. Somerset Partnership Trust protect themselves at all costs and hate to admit to any mistakes if you complain. When trying to get funding for specialist services, they come up with any excuse they can find to prevent it. No matter how easy it is to challenge their pathetic excuses, in reality they just don't want to pay for it. You really do get left feeling like a statistic, to the Trust you are just another brick in the wall. There's little care and compassion anymore for the suffering of patients and the distress this awful service often causes them. I was let down by Dr Christopher Mortimore at Glanville House, a cold and uncaring psychiatrist, who cannot connect with patients. Avoid him if you can, he's just a puppet for the Trust. I went to a private psychiatrist in the end and she gave me more treatment options. Dr Mortimore was not the slightest bit interested in my case and passed off my medication concerns to the GP. So please be warned that if you are under the care of Dr Mortimore then your treatment may be compromised.
Dangerous and criminally dangerous for a long time, as shown again by death of Julie Yard finally this criminal behaviour has fatal consequences. Carers ,Advocates and Clients have experience of malicious, vindictive behaviour and there is even video footage of this criminal behaviour floating about. The very people who should be PAID to support vulnerable people administered wilful cuts and service removal with denials with glee. The only interest Glandville house Somerset Foundation Trust has is selling services to other trusts while there have been third world outreach projects run by former trust board as pet projects as glorified holidays to another continent. So bad Tessa Munt when MP tried to resolve issues with little success.
Have been referred to them on and off for 2 years. Not once have I been allowed to actually speak with a psychiatrist, despite telling them my antidepressants weren't working. I visited them recently and feel more like no one can help me than before. Woeful service.
I have asked for help over and over and everytime the door is shut in my face, I am only a number and soon this number time is up. What does it take for them to help me the psych said that my cuts where just service ones that really did not help me, you wonder why so many people like me end up killing ourself because no one wants to help then it's to late.
Did nothing when my step dad was telling them he had suicidal issues, they basically found him funny. Not so funny when he hung himself. I believe an internal investigation was going to happen but haven’t heard a thing in the 2yrs since
When certain people I love cut me out of their lives, Chris Parker & the team were & still are there to help me. Thank you NHS!
