I wish I could give more than 5 nI visited yesterday in search of my wedding dress- not only did I find FIVE BEAUTIFUL dresses- but I actually walked out that day with my DREAM DRESS on order!nFrom the moment we walked in greeted by beautiful Abby it was an exceptional service and experience. Every single team member is so friendly and welcoming!nThere are a multitude of various dresses and styles to choose from- totally spoilt for choice.nThe lovely Linda and Leanne helped with my fittings and in choosing the perfect sleeves and veils. They made me feel so special and the whole experience made me feel like a princess. I cannot recommend this bridal shop enough- every single detail was considered and covered! Thank you all so much for making mine, my mums and my grandmas day so wonderful and special!nSpecial shout-out to Linda who picked out the most BEAUTIFUL accessories- she was totally fantastic and has a brilliant eye for detail!nYou are all wonderful and I can’t thank you enough!
The bridal factory outlet was the 3rd dress shop I’d been to and it was the best!nWe just walked in one mid Thursday and the girls got me booked in for the next open spot. I had 30 minutes to have a look around and pull out 5 options to try. Everything was really well organised in styles and sizes clearly labelled, there was a great selection and variety too!nnSam was wonderful! She helped me get zipped up and pinned into all the dresses and after the 5 id picked, she then went and picked out a couple more after listening to feedback on the other dresses. She was friendly and professional and honest. She made me feel so relaxed and like I could talk openly about the dresses and my ideas etc. the girls in the shop did not refer to the dresses as ‘she and her’ which was refreshing as this had felt a bit performative in previous shops.nnOverall I felt seen and listened to and valued. I put a deposit on two dresses one I picked and one Sam had picked out on that Thursday and went back the same Saturday and said yes to the dress of my dreams!nthe shop was open and airy and my mam who had been to all of the shops with me said she felt the experience was just so much more relaxing.nThankyou so much!
The whole experience was amazing from start to finish and I could not thank Lynda enough. She was amazing! All of the ladies were so helpful and made the appointment run smoothly. There are loads of dresses and accessories to choose from, would definitely recommend this to anyone searching for that dream dress.
I wasn’t intending to buy a dress when I booked a Prosecco appointment for a Saturday morning. I was just going to try on a few styles to see what suited me.nnGeorgiana was the most helpful, knowledgeable and fabulous guide to dress styles and made me so relaxed and comfortable helping me in and out of a variety of wedding along with my daughter and oldest friends.nnThe dress I choose is perfect for me with just some tiny adjustments needed and I’m already booked in with their recommended seamstress.nnI couldn’t be happier with the support from all the staff at Bridal Factory Outlet, they have the most fabulous selection of dresses and designers so you can quickly and easily see what suits you.nnThoroughly recommended. Especially if you follow it with a delicious pub lunch at the Golden Lion in Osmotherley. Perfect day out.nnThank you so much. Will add photos later this year!
Just wanted to say a big thank-you to Julie she is a complete credit to the team and was amazing helped me find my dress last year I travelled from Carlisle and the whole experience was good from start to finish. Yesterday we got married and I felt amazing in my dress
