After a not so positive experience at another outlet my Mam booked me an appointment here. I was nervous and apprehensive due to being a curvier girl however, the experience was perfect from start to finish. Lauren dealt with me and was so understanding and listened to all of my concerns about my body and what I wanted to look and feel like. I tried on about 7-10 dresses I lost count and out of all of those only one didn’t fit. Lauren didn’t give me a chance to think about it and took me straight out the dress and put me into my dream dress next. This was such a lovely experience and I felt like a Princess from start to finish. I did have an appointment at a boutique the following week so was really unsure. There was no hard sale just the explanation of the dress going back on the rack and once it was gone it was gone. Lauren simply asked me if I called in a weeks time and the dress was gone would I be gutted? The answer was yes and after I tried the dress with a veil and accessories I knew it was my dress! It was such a lovely experience and well priced for the dresses on offer. I loved the touch of a card which included a sixpence for my shoe. You are trying on dresses with other brides and their families however, this was a lovely experience! There were three of us and we all said yes and everyone was complimenting each other and crying. I found the whole experience to be uplifting and empowering. I would especially like to thank Lauren for making someone who isn’t body conscious so comfortable and to feel like a bride in a magazine. I have recommended this place to all of my friends who are getting married searching for their dress!

I can’t recommend this shop enough. I was super nervous before my appointment as I find shopping for clothes anxiety provoking at the best of times! My Mum and I were greeted by Karen who was the wedding dress fairy godmother I needed. I know nothing about dresses or fittings and Karen was able to help us every step of the way! She was professional,warm, accommodating and ultimately helped me find a beautiful dress for my big day! The shop had a good selection of choice and reasonably priced. Thank you again to Karen, you’re a star!

I rang the shop last week to book an appointment in for Saturday to come along with a good friend of mine. I’d not tried any dresses on before so I felt quite nervous about the whole thing, but Lauren made me feel at ease and helped me pick out some beautiful dresses to try on. Lauren was really informative and made the experience really enjoyable and relaxed. There were 2/3 dresses I liked so came back with my mam a few days later to get her opinion - Jamie helped me try on the dresses I liked at my last appointment and was very honest and informative- she gave her opinion on what she thought would work best for me. I ended up choosing one of the wedding dresses I first tried on.. An absolutely stunning dress which I’m just obsessed with. I can’t wait to wear it! There is a huge huge choice of dresses for all shapes and sizes.. there’s something for everybody! Thank you so much for making my experience so smooth and memorable. Alice x

Had such a good experience finding my dream dress here! We came in without an appointment and everyone was so accommodating and helped me find my dress. There was so much choice! Special mention to Lauren who made me feel comfortable during our visit and picked out what will be my wedding dress next week! Would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for your wedding dress!

I went to the Bridal Factory Outlet looking for my perfect dress, when I walked in I really wasn't sure where to start, I have to admit I was super overwhelmed, but the lady that helped me I'm terrible with names, so my appologies was amazing, she helped me try on so many dresses and she was really patient, asked so many questions to help me decide what I wanted, which I then discovered I did actually know! She then chose a dress that I had actually looked at on the hanger and overlooked, well that was the dress, everyone said when you know you know and they are right! as soon as I put it on I got goose bumps and felt like crying! My sister felt the same! Its amazing and she found it for me by listening to me and interpreting much better than me what I wanted, she really knows what she's doing! Once i found the dress, she was lovely about how I could pay for it, once I put a decent deposit on it, she was lovely about how flexible their payment plans were. I would like to say a massive, massive thank you for all your help and I would absolutely recommend this Bridal shop to anyone that's looking for a dress!

I was super nervous about going dress shopping but I honestly couldn’t praise Lauren enough for making me feel so comfortable. I started by picking my own dresses and when she realised what I liked she ended up picking “the dress” that I absolutely fell in love with. So accommodating and kind as we also had my friends baby with us. I would highly recommend!

A HUGE thank you to Karen for all her help today. She was so patient and personable, and nothing felt like too much trouble. A beautiful selection of dresses and plenty of sizes. You're bound to leave with a dress perfect to you with help from the lovely staff.

I would highly recommend trying here when looking for a wedding dress! The staff are so attentive and helpful. I had no appointment but yet still accommodated me. Nothing was too much for Sophie who helped me find my dream dress. Thankyou so much

What a fabulous place, I was very nervous especially being plus size but Lauren really put me at ease. She made it a truly wonderful and enjoyable experience and of course I found the perfect dress! Thank you Lauren.

AMAZING PLACE !! staff sooooo friendly and make you feel completely at ease , I had been to two other fittings at other shops and hated every minuet of the fitting and didn't find the right dress , came here and was pleasantly surprised , turned up one Sunday without booking and they fit me in anyway , allowed lots of time and didn't once feel uncomfortable and SOOO much choice of dresses , staff extremely efficient and nothing was too much to ask . highly recommend and found my dress !! hurray !! :
