Excellent carpet store, used them for a long time
Handy store, good location with plenty of parking and lots of stock. Staff are very friendly. The laminate floor is good, we just got this flooring laid and it looks great
Costs for the carpet and fitting were actually good. The carpet fitters however were terrible. Refused to take away the offcuts as we were told they would so we were left with a room full of mess. They stormed into the house when I opened the door. They left black boot marks all over my walls and I've had to re-gloss areas that they damaged. I'd pay more and go elsewhere next time. Avoid
Overall Calverts has been a bad experience. The main issue was in fighting between fitters and mistakes. We had a full house done over a few weeks and got 3 different fitters. One was pleasant, but the other 2 spent a lot of time complaining about the job and the other fitters. A carpet was forgotten and door brasses were forgotten. Fitters were not understanding and I didn’t find who I assume was the manager that helpful when I had to call because a section of carpet had not been fitted it was still folded up the wall. I understand mistakes happen but there were too many. Another issue: we have a long crease in our lounge carpet which is visible, the carpet was not a faulty roll it was a normal remnant. I haven’t complained because I don’t think they would do anything. As for their prices, which is a big reason we went there. I’m actually not sure they work out that good value for money, because we ended up having to pay more than we hoped.
Used this store for every carpet. They have alot of variety and loads of roll ends for sale. Their fitting service are polite, punctual and get the job done in good time.
Good selection of carpets and rugs,even have grass if that's your thing.
Big range of carpets. Prices that everyone can afford. Very helpful staff. So glad I bought mine from here...
